She is well glad in that clip. I don't think anyone of my generation will ever forget her first appearance on TOTP dressed in a black and white swimsuit kind of thing with an oversized dinner jacket hanging off her shoulders. The song Denis Denis popped up on the radio yesterday morning and until I explained it to him, Mr WIAA hadn't realised the original name Denise in the song was adapted to the French Denis. Just wouldn't have worked if they'd tried changing it to Dennis!
I think 'glad' or 'clad' is equally applicable, Alyson! Debbie Harry managed to be super cool even when she was being goofy. The complete opposite of me, in fact :-)

There was a centre spread poster of Debbie and the Frog Scouts in Look-In that was blue tacked to my wall, alongside pics of Toyah and Siouxsie Sioux!
I doubt there are many who can still look as cool and gorgeous as she did in a Scout's uniform...!
