Zion Train's 2011 album State Of Mind popped up on my playlist, reminding me that I don't listen to Zion Train as often as I should.
What I know about Zion Train would struggle to fit on the back of a postage stamp, let alone a blog post, surprising given my love of dub.
I have a handful of their albums, peppering their long history, though none of them are frequently on rotation or records that I'm intimately familiar with. I've never seen Zion Train live in concert.
Listening to State Of Mind prompted me to trawl t'internet for past gigs posted online and I came across this set at the Cross Club in Prague, on 22nd January 2015.
100 minutes of dub lushness, Dubdadda on vocals, founding member Neil Perch at the controls, and 50% brass courtesy of Dave Fullwood (trumpet) and Sebastian "Bigga" Harzmann (trombone).
